PIXERA US Base Camp is the largest gathering of the PIXERA community ever held in the United States. We are bringing together operators, programmers, integrators, designers, engineers, and creative professionals who work with PIXERA every day — for three days of learning, sharing, and connection in Nashville, Tennessee.

We are now accepting proposals for sessions at Base Camp 2026. Whether you have built something remarkable, solved a complex problem, developed a custom workflow, or pioneered a new use of PIXERA in your field — this is your platform. We want to hear from you.

Community Driven Content

​​​​​​​Base Camp is a peer-to-peer event. The most valuable sessions will come from practitioners sharing real work with other practitioners. If you have earned hard-won expertise with PIXERA, we want you on the program.

Who Should Submit

We welcome proposals from anyone who works with PIXERA in a professional capacity, including:

  • Operators and system programmers
  • Systems integrators and installation specialists
  • Visual designers and media artists
  • Rental and staging / live event professionals
  • Broadcast, virtual production, and ICVFX technicians
  • Developers building tools, extensions, or integrations
  • Business owners and technical directors
  • Educators and trainers


You do not need to be a sponsored partner or an AV Stumpfl employee to speak. If your work with PIXERA tells a compelling story that others can learn from, submit a proposal.


What We're Looking For

The strongest proposals will be grounded in real project work and go into substantive depth — whether that depth is technical, creative, or operational. Topics can span any area where PIXERA plays a meaningful role:

  • Case studies from fixed installation, live touring, virtual production, broadcast, or house of worship
  • Custom tools, scripts, or automation workflows you built for or around PIXERA
  • R&D projects, experimental setups, or novel technical approaches
  • Integrations with external systems — lighting control, sensor data, AI, game engines, and beyond
  • Business stories: how you structured a team, built a practice, or won a project using PIXERA
  • Lessons learned from demanding or unusual deployments
  • Any other creative, technical, or operational use of our products


Presentations that are light on substance or primarily promotional in nature will not be selected. We are looking for work you are genuinely proud of — and that others can learn something real from.
